Our Products

All our products are made to order, whilst we make every effort to ensure an excellent level of product and service, occasionally, Djdeckstands.com may incurr an unexpected delay in delivery of product or service by a third party. As such Djdeckstands.com can not be held responsible for any delay experienced by our valued customers. Please note Custom Manufactured / Bespoke designs will take longer to manufacture due to re drawing and tool setting.

Delivery Schedule

All our products include free delivery to addresse's in England, Scotland and Wales - Overseas, Islands and Europen Countries please call for delivery prices BEFORE purchase. International orders are dependant on shipping instruction from our courier. We can only offer specified delivery times if you have paid for this service. As soon as your order has been completed you will receive an email confirming your item or items has been despatched. Goods will need to be signed for. Please give a delivery address where someone will be available. If goods are returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the carriage is not refundable. Where an incorrect address has been given, we reserve the right to charge for any extra carriage costs incurred.

Shipping And Handling 

Delivery times notified by djdeckstands the Seller are an estimate only, and the Seller shall not be liable for the consequences (including consequencial loss) of any delay in fulfilling the Buyers order.The estimated arrival times are taken directly from information provided by our couriers. These are estimates only, we are not responsible if this varies. 

Loss or Damage in Transit   

Risk of damage to or loss of the product/products shall pass on to our selected courier upon despatch from our premise.

The Seller is not responsible for any loss or damage to the Goods in transit. The Seller shall render the Purchaser such assistance as may be necessary to press claims against the Carriers, provided the Purchaser shall have notified the Seller within 48 hours upon discovery of any loss or damage and shall lodge a claim on the carrier.Please contact Customer Service online via "live help" to inform of any loss or damage.We would advise to retain all relevant documentation so that an insurance claim can be made against the forwrders insurers. If you receive a damaged parcel, note the fact on the delivery note even before you open the package to examine the contents. If you are unable to open and inspect a package in the presence of the forwarder, make sure that you sign for it as "UNABLE TO INSPECT GOODS ON DELIVERY" or similar to warn the forwarder that a claim may be forthcoming.

Payment & Retention of Title:

Under normal circumstances, goods must be paid for prior to dispatch.If for any reason, goods are agreed to be shipped prior to clearance of payments, title in the goods shipped belongs to djdeckstands until payment in full for the goods is received by us.

When using the shopping cart on djdeckstands.com all payments by Debit and credit cards are taken by nochex. Once you have paid for your item your payment will show as "Nochex" and this will be visible on your bank statement. Please note you do not need a nochex account to pay by credit and debit cards within our shopping cart.

Paying By Cheque, Postal Order or Bankers Draft.

Important: Please print off the page of the Deck Stand you wish to purchase and enclose this with your payment, if you have requested a custom build or alteration then you will need to enclose details of this on separate note with payment. Item will be shipped once all funds are cleared and item is in stock

Credit Card Security:

When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Cancellations:

Any cancellation of non-custom orders must be done before the goods are delivered to the forwarder, cancellations received after that point will be refunded less freight and insurance costs. Custom orders can only be cancelled before put in production. If you wish to cancel goods please contact Customer Service online via "live help 

Returns and Refunds:

Return policies vary depending on product. For non custom made goods, we accept returns within seven days after you have taken delivery. Goods returned must be in its original packing and in an unused condition; they will be returned at customer's expense to the original point of dispatch by the customers choice of courier. The refund would be arranged within 30 days after we have received the goods, less insurance, freight costs, packaging, and subject to inspection as to their suitability for resale. Cancellation of orders before production will also be refunded within 30 days. Custom made orders generally can not be returned or refunded. If cancelled once production has begun on the product /order, all labour and costing of materials used will be deducted from the sale price and remainder refunded within the 30 day period. Please note all refunds will be made back to the payment card the sale was first made. Customers based outside the EU will also be responsible for any custom charges that might be charged when returning goods.
